I dont' think so it's a virus. It looks like in folder properties you have the option "open in a new window" checked.
had this problem for over a year! Solution- At the very bottom right hand corner of the itunes window are 3 faint lines they look a bit like this- /// click and drag to adjust window size

You cant, SORRY! i had to do all of them again to Solution: 1:Open Google Chrome and click on the settings button and click on Import bookmark & Settings option.2: A window will open showing you options to import data. You can select Internet Explorer or Firefox.3: Click Import button to start importing. It will show a progress window. Once done, the window will disappear.
If you have two windows open, then to activate the inactive window you have to click on the colored strip, mine is blue, at the very top of the window. Don't know if that is what you meant. :)
TRY Clicking the red X button on the window. Bamm! works like a miracle.
From Window menu. Click Window to expand this menu then click Channels from list.
Click on the question, it will open a new window, then click on "Answer question".
you have to click on tools then click on Window Update.
Find window on your top bar, click on window, then make sure tools has a check mark next to it. Also try: Click on window, roll over workspace, then click default workspace.
If you want to open a folder in a new window (not a tab in windows explorer) then you right click on the folder and click "Open in new window"

Go to Window > Animation. Window is menu item in application menu at top of screen (File, Edit...Window). Click Window to expand menu then click Animation.
