No. Amputees are not evil. Some say God never cured amputees because no one would ever believe that even a god could grow new limbs. Cures were limited to what people were likely to believe.
Answer 2It is not true that God has never healed an amputee. One case in point is the man whose ear was cut off and Jesus healed him. It is recorded in The Bible. See Luke 22:50-51 where it says:
And one of them struck the High Priest's slave and cut off his right ear. But Jesus said, "Enough of this!" He touched the man's ear and healed him. God heals both good and evil as He sees fit. Look at the example in Matthew 8:7-9 of the centurion who knew he was a sinner, but Jesus still answered his prayer for his paralyzed servant to be healed:
Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him." But the centurion said, "Lord, I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed. But God never promised to heal every affliction. Can you imagine what would happen, if God healed every amputee (or resuscitated every corpse)? People would be chopping off each other's limbs just to watch God put a new one in its place. But in heaven, all amputees will be made whole, since everyone will be perfect.
