Yes, if someone broke your laptop they should pay for the repairs, it's simple knowledge, you break it, you buy it... It's your property, they broke it, they buy it, if they refuse to pay, they are stupid idiots and if their parents wont agree, they are teaching their kids a horrible lesson.
