Impossible to answer, depends on what model KTM you have.
NGK Spark Plug BR8ECM
bad plug bad plug cap stator
I have a 07 KTM 525 XCW and the manual call for 6mm on plug gap.
0.60mm
NGK BR8ECM
First I would get a new plug and set the gap on it correctly. Then I would check to see if you have spark at the plug cap w/o a spark plug attached to it.If no spark, unhook the kill switch and try, if none next replace the plug cap.If still no spark, next move to the plug connection of the CDI box (under seat) and clean the connections with contact cleaner. Finally check or have your local KTM shop check the stator.
We use the nkg br9eix
NGK BR8HS with a .032" (0.8mm) gap
0.7 mm
In the center of the head (on top of the cylinder).
