Nothing is impossible but they rarely split down the middle. They usually fray along the edges first. It depends on how long you have had the mechanic and if you have trusted him before. Anytime you have something replaced you have the right to ask for the old part. It belongs to you. This causes them to give you the part so you can look at it for yourself.
"The man in black behaved rather suspiciously, as if trying not to be noticed."
Ranofer was suspicious of Ibni because he noticed that Ibni had been sneaking around the goldsmith shop at night and seemed to be hiding something. Ranofer also found evidence that Ibni was stealing gold from the shop, which fueled his suspicions further.

kiss me
I had the same problem. Awhile back something hit the underside of my car driving on the highway. I heard a thunk. My wheel vibrated and I was concerned. My mechanic did not see anything under the car and just did a tire rotation. Now, over a year later, one front tire shredded. I took the tire off and immediately noticed a bent rim. My mechanic should have noticed or looked for that too. I am in the process of new tires, balance and alignment. New mechanic too!
noticed
probably a head gasket.
Well...I am no mechanic but I can tell you I am going through a similar issue with my 1986 Chrysler Lebaron. My mechanic replaced the fuel pump which was heavily corroded, then another mechanic friend replaced the fuel injector and the regulator along with the spark plugs but still no fire and today he checked out the fuel injector connector and noticed the wiring on one side of this part is not in perfect condition which could possibly be causing this car from not fully igniting and staying powered. So far, he is scouting junk yards to locate this part. Hope this info helps.
The Traction Control Circuit on your automatic transmission has noticed a difference in rotational speed (RPM) of the two drive wheels. If it comes on when the tires are not slipping, then a mechanic should be consulted.

If you owe the mechanic money and have not paid them they certainly can hold the car and I am sure by now you have heard from a creditor at least. If you make no attempt to pay off this debt then yes, the mechanic can sell this car, but you should have been notified. If you weren't then it's against the law! The title on the car can be gotten easily enough. If you have not paid off the bill and have never received noticed from a creditor or lawyer then this mechanic has stepped over the line. I suggest you see a lawyer about this if the car is fairly new.
I am trying to get noticed by my crush.I wonder if he has noticed my new hair yet?The police noticed something was wrong and investigated.
