Here are all the unlockable characters in ssbb: Falco, Marth, Mr Game and Watch, Sonic, Snake, Ness, Captain Falcon, Luigi, Jigglypuff, R.O.B, Ganondorf, Toon Link, Wolf O Donnel, Lucario.

There are 14 unlockable characters in Brawl. A * next to one way to unlock them means it's suggested if you want to unlock them fast. Two stars mean it's so-so, and three means it's slow. A tip: for those of you who unlock through the Brawl way, go to special brawl, set stamina, then set CPU's stamina to 1. If you have it, set the stage choice to one stage only, so you skip the selection screen (or just keep mashing A so you pick Random). Kill CPU. Repeat 449 times.

Oh, and for the first couple I wrote it down, but for the rest of them which I didn't bother to do, every way to unlock them is ended when you beat them in a fight apart from the Subspace Emissary ones.

Ness

-Reflect 10 projectiles (using Pit's down-special should fare well enough. Have a friend shoot stuff at you), and then defeat Ness in a fight.*

-Have Ness join you in the Subspace Emissary, which is the stage after Kirby revives half of the fighters, and the Dedede Brooches do their work.***

-Do 5 VS matches. This means brawl 5 times with a CPU or a friend, and then defeat Ness in a fight. Just jump off the stage to make it quick.*

Marth

-Complete Classic Mode. Master one character, beat Classic, and then defeat Marth in a fight.**

-Have Marth join you in Subspace Emissary. This means complete the Battlefield Fortress.**

-Do 10 VS matches, and beat Marth in a fight. Use the suicide tactic to make it fast.*

Luigi

-Complete Classic with no continues. Set stock to five, difficulty on Easy. Pick a character you know really well to use and try it out. **1/2 (thats two stars and a half)

-Complete the first part of the Subspace Emissary. Same as Ness. ***

-22 VS matches. Suicide tactic. *1/2

Falco

-Complete 100-Man Brawl. Pick someone with a fast spamming technique, like Pikachu and his down-special. Meta Knight's Smash A works well, too. *1/2

-Complete the stage Swamp. *3/4

-50 VS matches. Suicide Tactic. **

Captain Falcon

-Complete Classic Mode under 12 minutes on Normal or higher. **1/2

-Beat Outside of Ancient Ruins, when you meet Captain Olimar. ***

-70 VS matches. Suicide Tactic. **1/4

Lucario

-Clear Target Smash Level 1 to 5 with one character. I suggest a flyer like Pit or Kirby, and someone with no lags in their attacks. However, you have to unlock Level 5 first, which is done by complete Classic on Hard (or maybe it was the fourth level...). ***

-Complete the Glacial Peak stage. ***

-100 VS matches. ***

Snake

-15 VS matches on Shadow Moses Island. *1/2

-Complete Battleship Halberd Interior. ***

-130 VS matches. ***

ROB

-Collect 250 different trophies. Go to the coin launcher or get some trophies from the SSE. **1/2

-Clear the Subspace Bomb Factory Part II. ***

-160 VS Matches

Ganondorf

-Clear Classic on Hard with Link or Zelda**1/2

-Revive Link and Zelda in Subspace in order for them to revive Ganon***

-200 VS Matches***

Mr. Game and Watch

-Clear Target Smash with 30 characters on one level**

-Complete Battleship Halberd Bridge***

-250 VS matches***

Sonic

-Complete Classic with 10 characters***

-Brawl for 10 combined hours***

-Complete the Great Maze***

-300 VS Matches***

Jigglypuff

-After completing the Subspace Emissary, beat 20 Event Matches.***

-Complete the Great Maze and enter a secret room in the Swamp.***

-350 Vs Matches.***

Toon Link

-After beating the SSE, complete Classic Mode***

-Complete the Great Maze and enter a secret room in the Forest***

-400 VS Matches.***

Wolf

-Complete Boss Battles with Falco or Fox. *1/2 for those who mastered Fox/Falco, *** for those who ignore them.

-Complete the Great Maze and enter a secret room in the Ruins.***

-450 VS Matches***
