There is no cheat code for Melee except if you mean on an AR or other cheat device. All you have to do is fight 1,000 COMPLETE matches in VS. mode or beat a combination of two from classic, adventure or break the targets with all other characters (beat classic and adventure, adventure and break the targets, classic and break the targets with all other characters)
