I find two saints by the name of Claudia. The first was the purported daughter of a British king and mother of St. Linus, the second pope. She was an early martyr. I can find no patronages associated with her.
The second Claudia was the wife of Pontius Pilate and purportedly became a Christian after the dream she experienced just before Our Lord's crucifixion. At least that what is written in the apocryphal Gospel of Pilate. She is not recognized as a saint in the Roman Catholic Church but is a saint to the Eastern and Ethiopian Orthodox Churches. I find no patronages shown for her
