Ghana adopted UK copyright law in 1911.
The Ghana Copyright Office.
The mission of the Copyright Office is to administer and enforce the copyright laws, and to "encourage and promote creativity to accelerate economic development." The mission of the Copyright Society of Ghana is to collect royalties on behalf of artists. There are many criticisms of COSGA, with some of Ghana's most popular musicians suggesting the formation of a music-specific society in its place. In the past few weeks (June/July 2011), COSGA has all but collapsed.

Copyright laws in Ghana are very similar to those in the United States. The provisions for "automatic" protection are the same (an original work that is fixed). Additionally the terms of protection are identical (Life of the author + 70 years) as well as what is protected (literary work, artistic work, musical work sound recording, audio-visual work, choreographic work, derivative work and computer software or programs)see the link below for the full text of the law
Because the vast majority of infringement cases are settled long before they go to court, there is no comprehensive list.
