To ensure you are buying a fresh fish, make sure the eye isn't cloudy. Make sure the scales are not loose or falling off; and that the skin is shiny; and the tail is moist and flat. If you press a dent into it, the flesh should resume its original shape.

There are many quality points to look for in duck, chicken, and turkey meats. One of these qualities is color.
stock should smell fishy. stick should be clear. should taste fresh and fishy. shouldnt taste bitter.

The rest of the fish is silver. It has bright yellow eyes. There is a 'V' shape of pinkish yellow at the tail with black surrounding the tail.
There is a fish that does not look like a fish and it is an eel. Jellyfish does not look like a fish and starfish aswell.
