John:5:5-9: And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years.
6: When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole?
7: The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth down before me.
8: Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk.
9: And immediately the man was made whole, and took up his bed, and walked: and on the same day was the sabbath.
(Impotent means utterly physically helpless,or paralyzed).
Mark:2:1-12: And again he entered into Capernaum after some days; and it was noised that he was in the house.
2: And straightway many were gathered together, insomuch that there was no room to receive them, no, not so much as about the door: and he preached the word unto them.
3: And they come unto him, bringing one sick of the palsy, which was borne of four.
4: And when they could not come nigh unto him for the press, they uncovered the roof where he was: and when they had broken it up, they let down the bed wherein the sick of the palsy lay.
5: When Jesus saw their faith, he said unto the sick of the palsy, Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.
6: But there were certain of the scribes sitting there, and reasoning in their hearts,
7: Why doth this man thus speak blasphemies? who can forgive sins but God only?
8: And immediately when Jesus perceived in his spirit that they so reasoned within themselves, he said unto them, Why reason ye these things in your hearts?
9: Whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk?
10: But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,)
11: I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house.
12: And immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went forth before them all; insomuch that they were all amazed, and glorified God, saying, We never saw it on this fashion.
(palsy means to be paralyzed)

I do not think the bible tells you okay God Bless You.
Through the various Bible stories we can see that: God is supreme and sovereign God communicates with man. Man is sinful (separated from God ) God is Holy and God judges sin. There are many other things we can see about man and God in Bible stories. Also there are other characteristice of Bible stories. For example they are historic narratives - they record the history of the nation of Israel. Some of them eg parables, teach spiritual truth.
Neither. God was already in existence. The bible are stories written by individuals who wrote about their or someone else's experience with God and Jesus Christ. the bible simply gives us God's instructions on how to live (found in the old testament), and then gives us hope for something better to come (Jesus, found in the new testament).

Is the Bible cruel with its stories full of violence and killing? Gosh, no! The stories in the Bible are just stories that had something to do with God. The Bible is not cruel. The Bible tells us what's right and wrong, and helps us through life.
God has never writen in the bible. The original bible was writen by men working from the writings and stories of those who knew Jesus.
The bible is the word of god that the christians use to follow god commandments and stories that happen in it. The bible was written by 40 men or more.
That statement is not completely accurate. Although The Bible may not have been written by God himself The Bible is about God and his Son. The Bible also contains stories about how God has influenced the outcome of an event. So although God may not have picked up a pen and wrote it himself he still has plenty to do with The Bible.

No one. Everyone that was healed believed first and so came to Jesus. The only exception to this was the man at the pool of Siloam, (John 9.7), whom Jesus sought out first.
The Bible does have an intended purpose. It is full of stories, illustrations, analogies, and affirmations all designed to bring people back to God.
