Whatever you want can happen - you're the writer! Make a list of 50 things that might happen in your story. The first 10 or 20 will be ordinary things that anyone could think of, but once you get closer to 50 you'll be thinking really creatively and come up with something totally original that only you could think of.
There are many different things that could happen if you mislead someone. You could really hurt their feelings for example.
they can do really bad things with it, they could tell others, they could get you in trouble, maybe. they could do a lot of bad stuff with it.
If what you are wishing for is within the realm of possibility, yes. But simply wishing for something won't make it happen. It could happen by chance, or it could happen because of something you do. Things get done by action, not wanting.

Nobody can write your story except you! You already have a good idea - why let some anonymous person on the internet have your story?
