Aloha is a story of a man, Dan Martel whose father is a millionaire from Hollywood and who graduated as Football team captain from his university, USC (University of Southern California) He ends up on a trip to Honolulu where he meets a woman, Noemi, whom he finds to be very good at speaking and falls for her. His friend, the "Editor" warned him about his father not approving of Noemi because she was a native of Hawaii and was called to be/to speak "Kanaka." Disregarding these warnings, Dan talks of America being a land of equal people and next thing we know, the list on the boat register states "Mr. and Mrs. Marten," Mrs. Marten being Noemi. They are on the way back home to the father and he receives a warning "KUNG IBIG MONG MABUHAY HANGGANG PASKO SA PILING NG IYONG ASAWANG KANAKA, HUWAG KANG MAGKAKAMALING TUMUNTONG SA UNANG BAITANG NG ATING HAGDANAN...DANIEL MERTON." (Daniel Merton being his father's name). They arrive in Wellington in hopes of avoiding the father, but against his hopes, he sees this Rolls Royce in the driveway, signifying his father was there. The father tests Noemi by throwing them a newly-wed American style party with alcohol, wild and famous guests, where everyone is dressed in flashy clothes and such. Noemi, being the educated woman she was requested for a party more old fashioned but Daniel Merton continued with his plans. In the party, he bribes Noemi with first, $10,000 to leave. Later on he raised it to $25,000 but she still didn't take the offer. Around 4 am all the guests were really inebriated and removed their clothes. Noemi started dancing and the males in the party were attracted to her, only to have Dan Merton, her husband come to the rescue. They sing the song Aloha as a form of a triumphant celebration and Dan Merton realizes there is no one around anymore and finds a check worth $500, 000.

Later on it is mentioned they have a child whom they named Aloha.
