Superman would win hands down. First off superman is invincible, he can't be killed unless kryponitr is present, and I don't think wolf man carries it around in his back pocket. Secondly he has super strength he could rip wolfmans head and limbs off easily leaving his morally wounded or dead. Plus superman has super speed and many other power that would help him destroy wolfman. Wolfman wouldn't even know what hit him.
