Suppose you have a computer with its Ethernet port used for a service other that internet. There is no way to combine services to the same router. how can this computer gain access to internet?

The easiest way to solve this problem: use a wireless connection. Many recent computers include a wireless NIC (network interface card), and can connect to wireless networks easily, leaving the Ethernet port free. This will only work, obviously, if this computer has a wireless card and there is a wireless network to connect to.
If wireless is not an option, purchasing an additional Ethernet card will upgrade the computer to owning two Ethernet ports. One port can be used for the internet, the other for this external service.

You don't go there. School computers block some sites and you are not suppose to be on those sites. When I find students on sites that are not part of the subject/curriculum I take them off the computer.
