Taken from Boatus.org---- Bilge Blowers are specifically designed to clear gasoline fumes from closed compartments. They are ignition protected to prevent sparks, and are built to resist overheating and corrosion. The size blower you need is determined by the volume of your engine compartment. It is recommended that you use a blower at least 4 minutes before you ever start the engine, and especially after fueling.

Need to know what year. FYI, the relay for the blower motor only operates the high speed function. The lower speeds are operated by means of the blower motor speed resistor.

User Avatar

The fuse. The blower motor speed resistor. The blower motor relay. The blower motor switch. Check for power at the blower motor connection.
