try using thinner oil 40w10 or look up the right oil in your owners manual.Make sure you or your service guy replaces the oil filter,If that doesn't work try a top end cleaner that removes gunk from the oilways,I had this problem i worked for me in a 1998 grand vitara v6 2.5lt.
