Why not, In fact as per Indian constititution All work should have been done in Hindi from 1965 but due to some political issue and Unwillingness of government it is not done. In the world all developed country uses their own language and it is fact that till we not use our own language we will never be super power. In olden times when Sanskrit was language of elite people now it has replaced with English. For common man Why he need to study English for getting Knowledge. If anybody want to communicate internationally he can learn English like in China Korea Japan etc. but for day to day work and getting knowledge it is not required. If we make technical education in Hindi we will overcome technical staff shortfall as there is huge talent available in India but deprive due to English compulsion and we can compete with china in manufacturing and technical field due to cheaper technical manpower availability.
