I'm not sure if I should be answering this because i'm 16, but...
here are two points that I have about your question.
I started working at the age of 15, at that time I really didn't know the value of money. the first few months I spent my money on things i didn't even need, soon i understood that I needed that money. That I needed to take care of that money if i wanted to buy useful thing like my drivers licence and my pay for my sports. Thats when i learned the real value of money! So if you want your teenager to learn that faster then yes getting them to work as soon as possible is a great idea.
A lot of kids these days have cellphones at a young age, and I don't mind that but a bunch of them don't know how much it cost or the responsibility of a phone bill. on their fist job, a lot of them will learn how to be responsible, trust worthy and on time, because you won't always be there to bring them to work everyday so, now that they work they'll have to make sure all their schedules work for school and then for public transport to e on time(thats if they use public transport).
Take what you want from this, like i said i'm just a kid!
best regards.

It is not right in todays world that teenagers should get married without the consent of both parents from both sides. First of all marriage is a serious matter, teenagers should first have good jobs, and parents of both should be there as their blessings for the couple is a must for it to work out.

They require less energy as they do not do much work compared to teenagers. They should have less energy intake and less energy expenditure.
