Remember, you have customers that are co workers and people that dont work with you but use your services. Have at least 2 situations where youve gone the extra mile, maybe youve actually have a wrtten "thank you" from someone who youve assisted. These are are excellent as evidence of the facts. If you new to the work of work look at school colleage or even somethig you do as a hobby where youve assisted delivering a sevice. Have you advised someone on the purchase of an item, even if you were not selling it i.e. Telling a friend about a product that they were then impressed enough to buy?
