Tenten has a thing for Neji but does he feel the same way about her?

In the manga, which is what the show is based off of, she actually likes Lee. I don't think Viz would change it so much so that Tenten and Neji end up together.

tayu: she likes lee?!?!?! wow, i am shockedddd. i always thought she liked neji and she looked more at lee like a brother!!! well, that's wat i think; lee and tenten shld be more like brother and sister and neji and tenten should be together. i think in the shippuuden episodes he like catches her or somethin and its kinda sweet (idk im a dub-watcher!!! and so i don't want to spoil the ending but maybe i kinda peeked a little and saw that) so yea i think they should be together but i s'pose that's just my opinion!!!

She does seem to have interest in Neji but he does not like her in return. Besides I think NejiHina is most likely to happen because the Hyuuga's marry their cousins to make sure the Byakugan is still there or something like that. Tenten getting caught by Neji doesnt mean he likes her. Its like how Naruto caught Sasuke in their first real mission as a team. Neji cares for everyone no more than a friend and commrade. Neji and Hinata seem to be getting closer as they train together. NejiTen isn't a real couple just something made up by nejiten fans. I believe Tenten starts to like Lee later on, I'm not sure.

There's been nothing in the series whatsoever to hint that Tenten has romantic feelings for Neji. Or Lee. She seems to be infatuated with Sasuke. But so is every other girl in Konoha.

She blushed at Sasuke once and said he was cute. She is not infatuated with him.

She barely seems to notice Neji when Lee is around. Although, since Lee still likes Sakura she might get together with Neji just because. She doesnt like him though.

Tenten sees Neji as a comrade. Someone to train with and she admires him for his skill as noted by her comments while training with him before the final round of the Chunin Exams and watching Neji fight against Naruto later in those exams. She doesn't love or lust after him though according to the canon anime and manga.

Tenten sees Lee as a comrade..a team mate.. same as Neji. She also admires Lee, but for his determination.

Tenten mentioned Sasuke to be cute once--when he retorted his response at Neji before the first round of Chunin Exams. Other than that..she hasn't payed a second thought to Sasuke.

Tenten doesn't seem to have particular feelings for much of anyone and kind of just treats them all as sparing partners. The character Tenten also hasn't been exploited to much degree in the canon series, Naruto.
