The 2010 version can be downloaded and burned to a DVD. The new version will install new copies of all the programs. You may run either version with the exception of Outlook. You can only have one copy of Outlook on a computer at a time.

You will have to re-install them. If you downloaded it from the internet, re-download it. If you bought it at the store and you have a disc, just pop the disc in and install the program. If you've lost the disc, the you'll just have to find it as most companies won't replace it. Also, for heavily protected programs like Rosetta Stone, you'll need to call the company and get a new authorization code.
