The Incas were a Native American tribe in Mexico and lived by their culture while the Europeans came to enslave the people they found and take their land.
At the very least, Mexico became an overseas territory of the Spanish Empire. Also, all peoples inhabiting Mexico were eventually conquered; this meant their culture was destroyed and most of them died to European-brought diseases, such as smallpox. Then, culture, language and religion from Spain was imported, transforming Mexico into a Spanish-speaking, Catholic country.
The Aztecs didn't exactly disappear from the face of the earth; the Aztec civilization disappeared. Many did die from diseases brought by the Europeans but their culture and civilization was disrupted by the early European explorers, causing the people became scattered. Decedents of the Ancient people still live in Mexico and Central America today.

Most of them died to European-brought diseases, such as smallpox. The remaining were enslaved, as part of the 'encomienda' system which in reality was a Spanish form of slavery. Some of them escaped to remote, less populated areas but sooner or later were conquered or outright slaughtered by Europeans.

Yes over 90% of Mexicans have white/ European in them. This means their family descended from Europe also known as Latin Europe and moved to Mexico while fighting for Mexico from the Indians. Victory success, and Mexico was filled with Latinos and Europeans.
