Henry Tudor, who became the seventh King of England of that name. His claim was very poor, however as all the other potential Lancaster heirs had been killed, he was the best claimant. His claim come from his grandfather, Owen Tudor, who was a chamberlain to Catherine of Valois, King Henry V's widow. After Henry V died, Owen and Catherine were married in secret. Though he was executed for his presumption, he had two sons by Catherine, who were kept in comfort by their half brother, Henry VI. One of these brothers, Edmund, was the father of Henry VII.
