Wars and conflicts are about the same as always. The ONLY reason people don't hear about many of those wars is because normally ONLY the industrialized countries (Modern, Civilized) are advertised in the news media.

The capital of North Korea has always been Pyongyang except for when that city was under United Nations control in 1950-1951, which led to the government functions coming out of Chongjin.
It didn't. We kept strong, valued mateship, and as always, came home strong in the end. In fact, more Australian P.O.W's lived than any other nations because of our ruggedness and sense of humour.
The world started the League of Nations after WWI. It proved to be a useless and worthless organization when Japan attacked China and Italy attacked Ethiopia in the 1930s, which eventually led to WWII. After WWII, the world started the United Nations. One of the first crisis it dealt with was the Korean War which started in June 1950 when North Korea attacked South Korea. The United Nations immediately responded and South Korea was defended and is still a free nation today. The UN does not always respond to horrible events (Rwanda is an excellent example), but, it does tend to help out those in need and has, (for the most part), done a pretty good job, since 1945.

Bargaining is another word for negotiating - if you go to a market to purchase some goods and then argue with the shop keeper for a better price, that is bargaining. Bargaining, is different then negotiating. Bargaining is done by the seller. Negotiating is done to find a win win. And does not always have to be about moony or goods. Bargaining is pricing by a seller in order to create a perceived distance between regular pricing, and bargain pricing. Bargaining is having a sale. It is a one way action. Negotiating is a back and forth between two parties to create a manifold equality between two parties.
