It is always 100 and always will be 100. This is because the 100 point mark is always set to the average score. If people became more intelligent overall the average IQ score would not rise. Crazy, huh? What you IQ score measures (and there is some debated about the validity of IQ testing) is how you measure up against everyone else. If you score 100 you are average, 120 above average, 80 below average. But, it doesn't tell you anything absolute because your score is relative to everyone else's.
