People may say an evil entity exists and tell you they are 100% correct. But the simple truth is no one knows absolutely sure of its existence. Christian's and Islamic followers may say a devil exists because it is in their scripture. I can tell you all morning that I am an atheist, but at the end of the day I am agnostic. There simply is not enough evidence other than holy writings, which may or may not be subjective. It's probably not a trick, but likely a play on words.

∙ 7y agoNo. The best trick the devil ever played was convincing the world that God exists. Let me rephrase that: neither God nor the devil exists. It is our own responsibility to do good and to be moral citizens, and our own responsibility if we fail. Nothing is achieved by having an imaginary being to blame for our own shortcomings.
