The problem is most likely in the plug, it has a tendency to overheat and melt. you can locate the Blower motor on the Passenger side just under the dash, it's round and has a two wire plug going into it.
Turn the key ON, and the fan Swich ON, and wiggle the wires, if it starts, that's the root of your problem. A quick fix is to pull the plug out and inspect it, if it's not too badly burned, put some RTV/Silicon around the outside of the plug, and reconnect it, making sure that the fan runs. When it drys. the plug will be held in place, and won't wiggle around, so the Blower should keep working, until you are ready to get it repaired.
Make sure that the fuse and sensor for the cooling fan are working. If these are ok then look at the fan motor, it could be bad.

I had those symptoms and finally had the dealer look at it. the problem was with my cooling system and temp sensor. the car was running hotter than the temp sensor was indicating and the cooling system was not working properly.

The cooling fan will run anytime the AC is turned on. Turn it on and look at the fan under the hood.
