In 1972 almost all big industries (remained after 1971 independence), were nationalized. After the assacination of the Bangabandhu in 1975 at some decentralisation started. It was almost selling for gross. Corrupted politicians, govt, officials, syndicate leaders were benifited. Workers lost their jobs.
