Well the easiest way would be to use the Master Ball, but I wouldn't recommend that as you'd be much better off saving it for later (if you haven't used it already). I would suggest lowering its HP as far as you can, then putting it to sleep or paralysing it. Then just start chucking various Pokéballs and hope for the best :)
