Food is not digested in the pancreas. In fact, food doesn't pass through the pancreas at all. The pancreas secretes digestive enzymes to the small intestine (duodenum).
Secretions from the liver (bile and enzymes) will pass through the common hepatic duct and reaches the pancreatic duct. pancreatic juices from the pancreas will also flow to the pancreatic duct. both will be flowing to the duodenum through a small opening in the duodenum.
The three accessory organs of digestion are the liver, pancreas, and gallbladder.The liver delivers bile to the duodenum (the first section of the small intestine) first through the hepatic duct and then through the common bile duct. (It also delivers bile to the gallbladder to get concentrated through the cystic duct.)The pancreas delivers digestive enzymes to the duodenum through the common bile duct.The gallbladder delivers concentrated bile to the duodenum first through the cystic duct and then through the common bile duct.
The duodenum, or upper third of the small intestine, is the last part of digestive tract where actual digestion actually occurs. (Additional processing may occur in the liver.) Tubes from the liver and the pancreas go to the duodenum. They neutralize stomach acid and add enzymes which cause additional digestion. (Some of those enzymes are recovered from the large intestine.) At the end of the duodenum, digestion ends and digested food begins flowing through veins into the liver.
The pancreas sends digestive enzymes such as trypsin, chymotrypsin, elastase, carboxypeptidase, pancreatic lipase and pancreatic amylase to the small intestine via the pancreatic duct. Note that it is also an organ of the endocrine system. This means that in addition to releasing enzymes to the digestive tract, it also secretes hormones (insulin, glucagon, somatostatin) directly into the bloodstream.
Pancrease produces pancreatic juice which contains pancreatic amylase for enzymes like lipase and protease to work on to break down food molecule into simpler molecule to pass throught the wall of the small intestine.
Well , this depends on the contents of the pizza ,suppose that the pizza contains proteins , carbohydrates and fats , then :-Amylase acts on Starch in your mouth and through out the oesophagus ;Pepsin ( Protease ) acts on proteins in your stomach ;Pancreatic Protease , Pancreatic Amylase and Lipase act on Fats in the duodenum and through out the rest of the digestive system .There are more substances that act on the pizza , but they aren't enzymes (as bile from liver ).
The pancreas lies beneath the stomach and connects to the rest of the digestive system through the small intestine at the duodenum.

The pancreas produces a mixture of enzymes which pour through a duct into the small intestine. The mixture is called pancreatic juice and contains trypsinogen and amylase amongst other things.
It has two functions: First exocrine : to produce the enzymes needed to digest food, and secondly endocrine ; to produce hormones, including the hormone insulin, which facilitates the uptake and storage of glucose i.e. sugar and amino acids i.e. proteins.
Digestive juices and enzymes break down food through chemical digestion.
