Title Card
On the first line you write the title of the book. 2nd line is the authors name. 3rd line is the Publishers name. 4th line is the Copyrite date. And the 5th line is where the book was published.
back when libraries used card catalogs they would be divided into Author, Title & Subject. If you went to the card catalog and pulled the Author Card, Title card and the subject card. then you would have every reference for that book from the catalogSource(s):Dewey remember or Dewey not?
A good title would depend on what the book is about, if it has no plot or story line and is only about gymnastics then call it gymnastics but if it is not then create a unique or nice name talking about what the story line is {what the book is about}.
You're going about this backwards, I'm afraid - the title comes last. Finish the book first, then you'll have the title from something you wrote in the book. You can use a line one of your characters says, or something that just stuck with you as you wrote it, or even a quotation from something else if it makes sense for your writing.
