There is no specific version of Windows for wireless devices, as all newer ones support them. Windows XP was the first version to have built-in support for wireless networking, but third-party software and drivers are available for Windows 2000, Me, and Windows 98.
Today there are many devices that support internet social networking. I would personally always suggest the computer first, as most pages are made first hand for the computer. However a mobile phone or a tablet usually have a version of the page to support them as well! It all depends on what page you are trying to access.

The operating systems that I have found it to support are dependent on the version that you download. There are versions that date back to 2005 which is when it was first released. Most newest ones from 2009 and up support chrome.

I have done this recently. I use 32bit Vista Bus. I have not tried any 64bit versions of Vista. If your question concerns 64bit versions of Vista then there may be some issues. If you have an earlier version of SQL installed, remove it first. You should be able to use your older version databases directly or convert them. SQL has an instance interface that allows different versions to be supported with the same SQL engine.
