The ford explorer I have had a personal code set and know one knows the personal code how do you get a new code if you dont know what they set?

To put your own personal code in (which will replace any other personal code already installed ) : choose a 5 digit code that doesn't use the same digit 5 times, or doesn't have 5 numbers in sequence. Enter the FACTORY 5 digit code , not the personal code Within 5 seconds press the 1/2 button Within 5 seconds of pressing the 1/2 button , enter your personal 5 digit code , pressing each digit within 5 seconds of the previous digit . You can now operate the keypad using your personal code or the factory code.
