The relay should be in the underhood elec box usually mounted on an inner fender. You might want to check the fuel pump reset sometimes located in the trunk. There is usually a sticker giving the location. This is a switch that shuts off the fuel pump in case of an accident. I have seen corrosion on the plug points on this switch. All makes and models w/elec fuel pumps have them. (Fed Law) the location varies though.
