theyre heart hasn't fully stopped cause of the last breathe they did take is just getting to the heart.and the mouth to mouth respiration helps because youre doing their breathing for them and the hearts pumps and gets the brain to working more and you realize you need to freaking breathe.lol at least im guessing.:)
