The longest hitting driver sold in golf?
There is really no specific answer for this question since all the major golf manufacturers claim they make the longest hitting driver anyway.
The first golf cart in the US to be sold was sold to Andrew Denver Coppidge of Topeka, KS on March 27, 1943 by Golf-Cart Industries of Kansas City, KS. The golf cart was powered by gasoline and had a 2 HP motor. The top speed was 4 mph and the body was made entirely of wood. The wheels were solid steel discs.
