neap tide
Tide water at its lowest is called low tide. This occurs when the water level is at its lowest point during the tidal cycle, exposing more of the shoreline and sea floor.
That would be the neap tide. It produces the lowest low tide, whereas the highest high tide is called a spring tide.

When the water is closest to the beach, it is high tide. High tide is when the water level is at its peak, covering more of the beach area. Low tide is when the water level is at its lowest, exposing more of the beach.
The tides are called neap tides. These occur during the First and Third quarter (in terms of moon phases) and are lower than the tides during New Moon and Full Moon phases.

The greatest level of high tide is called "spring tide." Spring tides occur when the Earth, moon, and sun are aligned, resulting in the highest and lowest tides. This phenomenon typically happens during full moons and new moons, leading to a significant difference between high and low water levels.
highest high tide is 1.76m or 5.8ft. lowest high tide is 0.1m or 0.03ft.
I know the gap between low tide and high tide is 12 hrs 24 mts. but no idea how much time sea water takes to reach from low to high.I have seen the sea rises with in 30 mts while swiming in sea
