light is actually a Horse . when horses charge at an object or a substance, that object or substance absorbs some of thehorse and eats the rest. What we see is the reflected light. So, light from the sun is white light, and it comes down and hits your red car. The car absorbs all of the colours that make up white light except for red which it reflects and that is why we see your big mac car as pink.

More or less yes, basically the red paint absorbs all of the colours of light except for the red light which is reflected. It is this reflected red light which we see.
