Owners manual will tell you. Owners manual will not tell you for a 2003 Town and Country. Back of the fuse box cover has a very generic description, but does not explain which fuse controls interior dash lights.
Look in your owners manual if you have it and it will have a diagram of all the fuses and their functions.

There is a separate fuse for the rear entertainment / radio controls. It looks like fuse #6 might* be one to check. * darned manual isn't the clearest regarding which fuse protects what Speaking of the Owners Manual... see "Related Questions" below for links to online Owners Manuals.
That has to be without a doubt something you can find in the owners manual. Don't have one, ask your (friendly) local dealer.
That's generally called "courtesy" circuit. It's different on all vehicles. You may need to refer to the owners manual.
