What is the function of bowman capsule?

The Bowman's Capsule is part of a Nephron, which would be found in the Kidney. It's function is to collect the filtrate from the Glomerulus, passing it on to the Proximal Convoluted Tubules (PCT's); subsequently, to the rest of the Nephron.

What is the advantage for a moss in having a capsule at the end of a stalk that extends above the rest of the plant?

The capsule contains spores. With the capsule located above the rest of the plant, the spores may be more easily spread to new sites by the wind, water, or passing animals.

Explain how the blood vessels associated with the renal corpuscle help to maintain a relatively high blood pressure within the glomerulus?

The cluster of capillaries that forms a glomerulus arises from an afferent arteriole. After passing through the glomerular capillaries, blood (minus any filtered fluid) enters an efferent arteriole whose diameter is smaller than that of the afferent vessel. This is instead of entering a venule, the usual circulatory route. The efferent arteriole resists blood flow to some extent, which backs up blood into the glomerulus, increasing pressure in the glomerular capillary.

How does blood flow through the kidneys?

I'm sure you are going to regret asking :)From the renal artery, blood flows into a kidney, into a kidney nephron, passing into the glomerulus (arterial end of a capillary bed) inside Bowman's capsule where ultrafilteration takes place: contents of the blood are forced out of the capsule excluding proteins and red blood cells which are too big. Then, the first coiled (renal) tubule reabsorbs water (70%), glucose and amino acids (proteins subunits) while uric acid and urea move into Henle's Loop and the second coiled (renal) tubule which also reabsorb water. The remainder is the nitrogenous waste of the body (waste containing nitrogen which may become poisonous ammonia) known as urine which gathers in the collecting duct. At this point, urine leaves the kidney tubule.Urine passes into the ureters, pouring into the bladder, and by relaxing sphincters (valves), urine is exreted from the body via the urethra.I know this might be more than you wanted, but I wrote the complete process to stay on the safe side; ask another question if you feel something is missing.
