all of the filipino`s have time to study.the constitusion in seksyon 2 in artikulo XIV. this said that there will be no pay or money to be given in elementary and in highschool too.

if you are studying, it can helpto prosper our country and in filipino culture. it can help too to your self and to your country. you can care the filipino culture because this study was study in the school.
