DRL - Daytime Running Lights
Daytime running lights on a Honda Civic are the same as normal headlights. To fix or replace them, locate the headlight housing in the front of the car. Remove the plastic housing and replace the bulbs.
Check your owners manual for the location of your daytime running light module. The manual should have a diagram with its exact location.
To turn off the daytime running lights (DRL) in a 2012 Honda Accord, locate the headlight control switch on the left side of the steering wheel. Turn the switch to the "Off" position or the "Parking Lights" position, depending on your preference. Alternatively, you can check your owner's manual for specific instructions, as some models may have different configurations. Note that disabling DRL may not be legal in some areas, so ensure you comply with local regulations.
Your daytime running lights (DRL) are on.
Shut the engine off. They're supposed to be on all the time the car is running.
