Once I went into the Control Panel and disabled the advanced printing features for our 1300n printer, this behavior ceased.

Adobe InDesign and Photoshop are 2 different programs.Photoshop is used for photo editing and is almost entirely raster based (uses dots) to generate images. InDesign has little to no photo editing capabilities and is used primarily for layout and is very vector based (uses lines) to generate images. The advantage of Photoshop is you can apply an almost infinite combination of effects to create artwork from the ground up. But for layout purposes, you do not have multipage capabilities and once again, it is raster-based, so your text will not print clearly.InDesign is capable of delivering clear text to print, has multipage capabilities, is trimmed down and streamlined to work with large documents and is the final step before going to print. So for small art components, use Photoshop, then once you're ready to make the final layout, drop everything into InDesign for positioning and layout.
Yes, almost everyone needs Adobe Acrobat. It is a graphics viewing program used primarily to view PDF documents which are arguably one of the most portable and universal document formats. Instructors frequently send correspondence and course documents in PDF format which require Adobe Acrobat reader to view. If you're working on a Mac, then it will display in Preview, but you still need Acrobat Reader to view the details of some multipage PDFs.(Download is FREE!)
When formatting a multi-page business report, you should not number the first page of the report. The first page includes the business's letterhead or contact details. After the first page, page numbers should be at the top of the page.

Some types of paper are tissue paper, such as is used by florists and dressmakers; carbon paper as used in the office for multipage copies (before xerox!); typing and copying papers used for typing and photo copiers; through to heavy cartridge paper (originally used in weapons) used in printing durable plans; and there are papers made from synthetic feedstock, often used for durability. Waxed paper is met with in the kitchen, as are lunch paper and baking paper. You probably have several of these in your household. Adding some small samples of these to your report will improve it.
On the Terrace Realty website there is what looks like an old map with some slightly vague boundaries. It is the best I have found so far. http://www.foresthillsrealestate.com/Template1/NextPage.asp?OrderId=7888&SuppId=877770&LanguageId=0&FileName=Maps%2FDirections&LinkId=Maps/Directions&MultiPage=1 If you need more exact details, contact the Forest Hills Gardens Corp. directly: 2 Tennis PL Forest Hills, NY 11375 (718) 268-2420
