Want mixed gender twins? 1. have women get pregnant. 2 have doctor in control (easy have doctor in house. 3. when woman is "showing" have doctor (Must be at level 5) "determine gender of baby"

have woman eat opposite fruit. ex.doctor says a boy eat apples, girl-watermelons.
