I'm not much of a mechanic, but you may have the wrong size tires on the car.

I had the same problem with a Hyundai Accent 1996. You need to disconnect the speedometer inside the front hood.

go to your Hyundai dealer and make it check
You need to disconnect the cable from the transaxel. Then you pull out your dash cluster. Remove clip from speedometer cable then just pull it out. Reverse for installation.
They are absolutly the same, you should have no problem at alla making the swap.
