A thin membrane (the frenulum, commonly called the "banjo string") normally joins the underside of the glans (head) to the inside of the foreskin. This may pull the lower foreskin more or less towards the glans on erection. If it is tight, it may tear, sometimes bleeding alarmingly, but this usually fixes the problem. Or a doctor my add a nick to free it. It is in most men very much stretch and slide-able. Regards.
YES, I am not sure of the medical term for this but in England we call it the banjo string. I know several people who have snapped their "banjo" during sex. Luckily it has never happend to me.
As you increase the tension on a new (or unstretched) string, the string will lengthen. The best way to minimise this effect is to pre-stretch the string with some pliers before attaching both ends to your guitar. Also as you alter the tension of each string this affects all the other strings around it because it changes the amount of force acting on the neck of the guitar. If you have a tremolo on your guitar that will also bend with increased tension. Tuning a musical instrument is a painstaking process as they are so finely balanced to acheive perfect intonation.
Placing a question mark at the end of a phrase does not make it a sensible question. Try to use a whole sentence to describe what it is that you want answered. An answer to the question , as it appears, is "yes, you could do that".
There's basic cutting, you can also use markers, or a combination of the two. Some people also make masks for their pumpkin by drawing on a piece of paper, and attaching to the pumpkin with either a string or some glue.
