The War Against the West was created in 1938.
The term "Cold War" was used of the long confrontation between the West and the Soviet Bloc from about 1947-1990. It was called "cold" because for most of the time there was no fighting, at least in Europe. A normal war, with shooting, bombing and so on, is a "hot" war.
War in North-West Pakistan happened in 2010.
West Virginia was pro Union during the Civil War.
The term "hot war" was only used in conjuction with the term "cold war." Cold war meaning no war; hot war meaning a war.
