The new theater where many of Shakespeare's plays were performed was called the Globe Theatre. It was built in 1599 by the Lord Chamberlain's Men, the acting company in which Shakespeare was a shareholder. The Globe Theatre became a prominent venue for his works and was instrumental in popularizing his plays during the Elizabethan era.
The Globe Theater was a wooden, thatched, open air, London, Tudor theater where many of Shakespeare's plays were first performed. A replica of the theater has been built on its original site in London where the original theater experience of the Tudor times can be had. This too is named the Globe after the original.

Do you mean the "Globe Theater"? The theater where some of Shakespeare's plays were performed? It had two levels above ground level. The Golden Globes are an award for film and TV.
