I can only guess without seeing the red pimple. But it sounds a lot like a boil. If the skin is not opened, you might try dbbing a wad of tirrue soaked in vinegar. Vinegar can burn if it contacts the flesh, as it is not pleasant to sip. However, it might just be what you need to override the skin lession and external skin responds favorably to vinegar, as long as it doesn't get in any cuts!
You should visit your doctor. Pimples are actually collections of oil and dirt under the skin, but inside the nose is a bit trickier. It could actually be an ingrown hair or something more serious. Do not try to pop it yourself.
